Under How Do You Prevent Your Under Eye Concealer From Cracking?

How do you prevent your under eye concealer from cracking? - under

I use Almay Bright Eyes Eye Base and Concealer. It can be used under the eyes, [that what it says on the box] I pad a small amount of fluid in the eye, I am still searching for my skin cracks. I've tried moving the finger in the eye, as someone suggested, and I am still having the same problem. Suggestions?
