What To Write In A Card For A Coworker Who Has Cancer I'm Going To Try To Ask This As Politely As Possible...?

I'm going to try to ask this as politely as possible...? - what to write in a card for a coworker who has cancer

It is mainly among Christians, and Christians would probably apply more directly to the Evangelical sect.

Why do you want someone you know is a Jew, a "Merry Christmas" instead of "Happy Hannukah? The receptionist at my work a" hard core "of any Christian. I do not know if it's Baptist, born again, or what exactly, but whatever, it's really a very nice person, and have spent at least 15 years.

We sent a thank you card to one of our sales people who sent us all the chocolate for the holidays. Our representative is Jewish. Everyone in business knows, because he with us a long time. He sent us chocolate coins seem to Hanukkah. So, why, why,to write "Merry Christmas!" signed when his name? "Why could not write" Happy Hanukkah? I understand the feelings, but it is so difficult to recognize a colleague not to share their faith? It is really so unthinkable? Please help me understand.

If I can answer, although I am a Christian, a Jew:

I have no problem with that you have a "Merry Xmas". If this is the worst thing anyone said to me or love me, I am a happy man indeed!

Yes, of course, is very sweet, if the Jews do not forget that it's not Hanukkah. But if someone wishes "Merry Christmas", which are not offensive or disrespectful, and should not be taken, in this way.

I am sure that, if Jews outside of Israel wishes happy Hanukkah, not Merry Christmas, and I'm sure you're okay with it!

Well, if everybody wants that I should have written you a Merry Christmas right and honestly, it should not be sent, Hanukkah Chocolate (nobody notices what) with this opinion. It would have just sent box of chocolates leave that to non-Jews (even bother to ask why he did that?). I'm not saying it's not bad, but if you push on religion in secular nonpracticioner where it belongs.

Perhaps his christimas Merry was occupied as a response to a Christian Hanukkah chocolates. I do not ask. And ask him why he was so stubborn, too.

In all cases of wrong, and shows both the lack of basic consideration (if someone else is not true, go after him?

I worked for a gallery of Jewish property in a very Jewish way, New York, with a very Jewish artists, collectors, curators and critics. All the victims in the language of Christmas, and I, a Christian, was the only one to be sensitive to the effects of PC, because people think it to be. Each is equipped with a Merry Christmas and I go on eggshells for no reason. It is time that people like you leave the Jewish people feel offended by this is that it's pretty insulting that I think there objectionable. We're all adults here.

Christians still believe they are right, no matter what. It is his way of saying: "My religion is right and yours is wrong." It's really sad, and indoctrinated to the point of arrogance will.

It is hard to be mature, if he so strongly controlled by the cult spirit that keeps his mind felt as the mind of a child ... disconnected from reality ...
